The phone company has switched to 10-digit dialing in our area. Most people have a 7-digit number stored in their dial-up settings. AT&T tells us that they are having an outage of some kind.  Customers have line sync, but are not able to authenticate. AT&T expects service to be restored by midnight tonight....
