Submit a Ticket

Network Solutions, Inc. offers a customer portal where tickets can be submitted.
The link below will connect registered users to a page where a network or internet related technical support issue can be registered.  Click the link if you are having problems with hardware, software, or networking, and you will be taken to a login page for your customer portal.  If you are not currently registered as a portal user, please call us at 256-547-6817 or email  When you log in, there will be a button for creating a new ticket. The system will use the email address you provide to notify you of updates when changes are made to your ticket.  Please be as detailed as possible when describing the problem you are having.   Please be aware that the self-service ticket system should be used for non-emergency or after-hours issues.  If you have an emergency during normal business hours, please contact the office at 877-886-6868 or 256-547-6817.  The customer portal will also allow you to view past tickets, notes on your account, and other information.
