January 13, 2026 – In order to better communicate and inform our customers of service availability or issues, we’ve brought a new status page online. You can find it at https://status.internetpro.net/status/all. It is also available on this website by hovering over the Support link at the upper right and choosing “Service Status Page” from the drop down menu. We suggest you bookmark the link in case our main site is offline for maintenance or another reason. The status page is on a completely different network using separate resources to ensure you can still get information if there are issues in our main data center. The link doesn’t list individual sites, but does list categories for services and we will also be posting maintenance announcements and updates to incidents there. If you are experiencing a service problem, this will be the go-to link to get up to the minute information about issues or maintenance.
