August 10, 2016 – We’ve received reports of delayed email for our Hosted Exchange customers. We have determined that an automatic Microsoft Update has caused an issue with the servers. We are working to resolve that now. No email will be lost, as it is queued up for delivery. Exchange services may be interrupted briefly while this maintenance is performed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Update 12:55pm – We believe the issue is resolved. Email is being delivered from our local queue. Some email may still be delayed at the source, but should come in within a few hours at maximum. Again, no email should have been lost (as long as the sender supports the standards of the internet). Please let us know if you are still encountering issues.
