May 11, 2017 – We’ve had a failure with a group of our VPS machines. We are working to migrate them to redundant host servers, but some reduction in functionality may be experienced. The repair process will also affect customers using hosted Exchange services. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will post continued updates here.

Update 6:30am – We believe all hosts are currently stable. We are working on a plan to keep hosted Exchange from being affected during repairs. If you are working with a service that seems unavailable, please contact us.
Update 11:30am – Hosted Exchange is remaining stable and will not be impacted by the VPS issue. All hosts are stable and no services are currently affected. We are still in the process of initiating repairs and will continue to post updates until the issue is completely resolved.
Update 5:00pm – All equipment has been repaired and all VPS machines have been migrated successfully to their “permanent home”. All services have been functioning normally since early morning, but now all repair work has also been completed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
